QUALIFICATIONS
- NO VALID COE (from 2021 onwards), NO ASSESSMENT
- Open for both male and female
- Strictly for ages 21-35 years old
- At least a high school graduate
- No minimum height requirement
- Can communicate effectively in English
- At least 1 year of work experience in a factory
- Requires good eyesight and manual dexterity (as you'll work with small cables and components)
- Willing to work a 4-shift schedule:
- 2 days (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM), 2 days off
- 2 nights (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM), 2 days off
- 2 nights (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM), 2 days off
- Preferably currently employed as an assembler, and with no more than 6 months of work gap upon application
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manufacture, assemble, and inspect products according to the current work plan, technical documents, and assembly instructions (including video guides)
- Conduct regular self-audits to ensure work quality and compliance with standards
- Continuously monitor equipment error rates at control stations and promptly escalate issues to the adjuster when thresholds are exceeded
- Track and monitor raw material usage required for production
- Package finished products according to established procedures
- Operate and utilize production software as instructed
- Adhere strictly to all applicable work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Handle company equipment with care, ensuring proper usage, maintenance, and cleanliness of tools and machines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment at all times
